PART A. General Description

The Marketing Department at Avolta is the backbone of our business. The primary responsibilities are digital management (SEO, SEM, eCommerce, etc), market analysis, creation of efficient marketing strategies, trend tracking, competitor analysis, as well as the establishment of connections while ensuring promotion of Avolta’s brand reputation (our PR).

PART B. Responsibilities and Oversight:

As a Marketing Company Advisor:

  • Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop and refine the company’s marketing strategy, including defining target audience segments, positioning, messaging, and marketing objectives.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and opportunities for differentiation, providing insights and recommendations to inform marketing strategy and decision-making.
  • Brand Management: Oversee the company’s brand identity, including brand positioning, messaging, visual identity, and brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and alignment across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  • Content Strategy and Creation: Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with the company’s marketing objectives and target audience needs, including content planning, creation, distribution, and optimization across various channels and platforms.
  • Digital Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and content marketing, to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Social Media Management: Manage the company’s presence on social media platforms, including content creation, community engagement, and performance tracking, to build brand awareness, grow audience engagement, and drive lead generation.
  • Marketing Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics and performance indicators, such as website traffic, conversion rates, lead generation, and ROI, using analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize marketing spend.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilize CRM systems to manage customer data, track interactions, and analyze customer behavior and preferences, enabling targeted marketing campaigns, personalized communications, and customer segmentation.
  • Marketing Collateral Development: Create and maintain marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, sales materials, and promotional assets, ensuring consistency in messaging, branding, and design.
  • Event Planning and Execution: Plan and coordinate marketing events, such as webinars, conferences, trade shows, and product launches, including event logistics, promotion, and follow-up activities, to drive brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Partnership and Influencer Marketing: Identify and cultivate partnerships with other businesses, organizations, and influencers to amplify marketing reach, leverage shared audiences, and drive collaborative marketing initiatives.
  • Market Expansion and Growth Strategies: Explore and evaluate opportunities for market expansion and growth, including new market segments, geographic markets, and product/service offerings, developing strategies to capitalize on emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Continuous Learning and Development: Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in marketing, and actively seek opportunities for professional development to enhance skills and expertise in marketing strategy and execution.

The compensation for this role would be pro-bono (unpaid).
