The sci-fi genre has taught us a lot about what we want an AI to be able to do, and this algorithm crunching machine is expected to be put to use soon within the auto industry. From improving the efficiency of our factories, predicting the demand for our products, and keeping everyone safe, passengers and pedestrians. While it may be a while before self-driving cars are ready for our streets and before they figure out what features and type of vehicle we need, it is very promising, and we have a lot to look forward to.
