2021 has been interesting, to say the least. It feels nice to leave it behind soon, but there’s also the nagging reminder that 2022 will still be an extension of 2020 just like 2021 was. If there’s one thing that I think we should take with us into the new year, I think it’s the reminder that sometimes we shouldn’t wipe the slate clean, because we forget what was written on it and end up in situations that we probably could have avoided. The predictions on the following list are made by observing the events within the automotive industry in the past, and I hope that with this list of predictions you can prepare yourself for 2022. A lot is coming, and 2020 still isn’t finished with us, but I hope that we’ve learned enough in these past two years to make different and better choices in the coming year.
