Cybersecurity is part of our mission statement, so there’s a lot of things that we as a company need to consider when it comes to our goal. Cars rely more and more on being connected to a network has made them much more vulnerable to attacks, and because most vehicles are on working on networks we also now have to consider how vehicles interact with each other well, as one compromised vehicle is a weak link across the network itself. Those are far from the only things that need our consideration, so we will be hard at work investigating more.
