Position Overview:
Avolta is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Cybersecurity Advisor to join our team in a voluntary capacity. As a Cybersecurity Advisor, you will provide strategic guidance on securing Avolta’s digital infrastructure and products. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities.
• Offer insights on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices.
• Participate in high-level discussions to shape Avolta’s cybersecurity strategy.
• Assist in evaluating the security of software and hardware solutions.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity in all advisory activities.

Required Qualifications:

• Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven expertise in cybersecurity, including threat analysis, vulnerability assessment, and risk management.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
• High level of responsibility, maturity, and a commitment to Avolta’s mission.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in automotive security, anti-theft technologies, or related fields.
• Familiarity with penetration testing and ethical hacking.
• Knowledge of compliance standards such as ISO 27001 or NIST.
